About Me

At the start of December 2013 I relocated from Singapore to Hong Kong. After two years as an ex-pat in Singapore, my husband, Glynn, won a new role in Hong Kong. So we moved, for the third time in 2.5 years. We had been to Hong Kong before, on several holidays in past years and then for a job fact-finding trip in August this year. While sad to have left friends and colleagues in Singapore, and the wonderful "endless summer" that Singapore's tropical climate provides, it is exciting to be experiencing life in another Asian city.

My intention with this blog is to document my experiences for myself and anyone else who might be interested, nothing more. I love to take photos, which I upload to Facebook, Flickr, Instagram, Twitter and Tumblr. My social media name on most sites is karends1101

This blog will be another place to upload, share and store photos. I don't pretend to be a great photographer, but I like to capture things as they take my eye, usually using my phone as it is always on hand.
