My blog

Following my relocation to Hong Kong with my husband, Glynn, I found myself with a new label, "housewife", which I hope will be a temporary label but does, for now, give me more time to myself than I have had in a long time. So I decided that it might be fun to start a blog to document my life in another Asian city. Having spent the last two years living and working in Singapore, it is hard not to notice differences between the two cities, and I am loving the opportunity to observe these differences and the similarities, while exploring my new home.

UPDATE!

It is sad, but things did not work out as we hoped in Hong Kong. My husband's company was sold, and along with others, he was retrenched. After job-hunting without quick enough success, we decided to return to Sydney, Australia. I have written more about this on my blog page.

I was adding photos to my photogallery when I spent my days exploring Kennedy Town, my local area, and the rest of Hong Kong. I will now add Sydney photos, taken while I am reaquainting myself with the "harbour city".
